Georgetown 2028, an eight-month community planning initiative, was conceived as a strategic approach to plan for the historic neighborhood’s commercial evolution over the next 15 years. Will Handsfield, transportation director of the Georgetown Business Improvement District, explains the vision to build an economically sustainable commercial district while preserving the neighborhood’s strengths. 1.0 LU HSW (AIA) / 1.0 CM (AICP) / 1.0 PDH (LA CES) FREE.
