Twelve12, in the Yards neighborhood of Southeast D.C., is a 368,000-square-foot, mixed-use structure that will provide 218 residential units and a variety of retail uses. Jason Bonnet with Forest City Washington, Sunny Evangelista Carroll and Patricia Ferrari with Shalom Baranes Associates, and representatives with Walsh Construction lead a tour of the project, which is seeking LEED Silver status and is scheduled for completion in 2014.
