Construction Watch Tour: Twelve12 Fourth Street


CWT_Twelve12.jpgTwelve12, in the Yards neighborhood of Southeast D.C., is a 368,000-square-foot, mixed-use structure that will provide 218 residential units and a variety of retail uses. Jason Bonnet with Forest City Washington, Sunny Evangelista Carroll and Patricia Ferrari with Shalom Baranes Associates, and representatives with Walsh Construction lead a tour of the project, which is seeking LEED Silver status and is scheduled for completion in 2014.

2.0 LU HSW (AIA)

Open only to Museum members, $35. Members of The Corinthians and The Builders receive advance registration beginning April 21, by calling 202.272.2448 from 10 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday.

General membership registration begins at 10 am on April 28, and will be assigned based on space availability.

Please note that most tours require extensive stair climbing. On-site registration is not available.
