Collection Connection Tour: The Raymond Kaskey Collection
What goes into the creation of a work of public art? Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the Raymond Kaskey Collection with collections staff for a chance to view some of the 380 objects, 490 drawings, thousands of photographs, and seven cubic feet of documents in the Museum’s collection that contributed to the creation of many of the D.C.-based sculptor’s works, which include the National WWII Memorial and the 38-foot Portlandia sculpture in Portland, Oregon.
