Teens in IWWL

Join us for the unveiling of a teen perspective on Washington, D.C.

Participants in this award-winning program visited neighborhoods along the Anacostia River explored by teens in past programs five or more years ago. Using program archives, interviews, and research at the Historical Society of Washington, D.C., the participants analyzed what has happened in these areas since the previous exploration. They designed and installed an exhibition that shares their view of how D.C. is changing.
